Dr. C. Whyne, MD (T-II, EDIC *) is a Prof. at the Faculty of Medicine, U. Toronto, Physical Sciences, and Director of Musculoskeletal Research Program and the Orthopedic Biomechanics Lab at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She is also appointed at Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering. Her bioengineering research aims are biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system including both experimental and numerical methods (e.g. computation, design) and keen interest in AM for orthopedic and implant applications.
