Dr. G. D’Agostino (R-IV *) is a Prof. at YorkU Osgoode Hall Law School and Founder and Director ofthe Intellectual Property Law and Technology Program at Osgoode. She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the IPilogue, the first IP law blog of its kind, and Founder and Director of IP Intensive/Innovation Clinic. Her research includes transnational partnership for the mobilization of IP policy and practices. She has several publications, including 2 books on IP, copyrights, contracts, and common law issues.
