My name is Saba Rafieian. I am in my 1st year MASc at University of Toronto.
Currently I’m working at the orthopaedic biomechanics laboratory(OBL) at Sunnybrook hospital. I am pursuing my masters in biomedical engineering under the supervision of Dr. Cari Whyne and Dr. Jeff Fialkov.
My project is focused on Computer vision based surgical planning tools for craniomaxillofacial restoration. The aim of this research is to develop cartilage and bone templates for face reconstruction from pre-injury digital 3D models.
